Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from purchase date, applicable to undamaged and unused items. Customers do not pay for return shipping — our Customer Support team will provide prepaid return label(s) for all approved returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us - Email our Customer Support team at support@upperechelonproducts.com with your Order Number and specify which item(s) you would like to return.
  2. Receive and Print Your Prepaid Return Label(s) - You will receive a prepaid USPS Return Label for each item you wish to return. Important: One prepaid return label is provided per item. If you ordered multiple items, you will receive separate labels for each, and each item must be returned separately.
  3. Mail Back the Item(s) - Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and send them back using the prepaid return label(s) provided.

Refund Details

Once we receive your returned item(s) in acceptable condition, we will process your refund.
